Pumzika is located in Seronera region of the Serengati National Park, opened in 2010, Pumzika is the sister camp to Pakula on the Ngorongoro Crater rim. This is traditional-style tented camp set up in contemporary, relatively high-end-style, the square, carpeted lounge and mess tent is simply but comfortably furnished with tea and coffee always available, you’ll find guests relaxing and charging their cameras ready for their next game drive.
The eleven, good-size guest tents are set on a gently shelving plain with not much shade, comfy beds, good linen and iron-framed furniture give them a clean, voguish look.
Tents are complimented by simple bathrooms with double, porcelain wash basins, flushing loos and traditional safari shower-staff bring hot water when required, each tent has a leather-covered directors’ chair, the perfect place to relax and gaze out over the plains of the savannah.
