African Scenery Tours we’re also the founder of Guide Me Initiative (G.M.I), is an Organization which deals with supporting our local communities especially children how lives with disability and in high-risk environment. We invest in our team because it takes like a miracle for the workers to make dreams come true, taking responsibility begins at home. We wouldn’t be where we are today, without our amazing Colleagueship.
We trust in our team, and their fair treatments of all our Staffs, we value and promote a great work environment and team spirit, likewise at the office or Safaris or a trekking trip that is one of the reasons, why most of our Colleagues at sales, reservations, and operations have been part of the team for year.
Our trekking porters are paid fairly emoluments and receive micronutrients meals and adequate gear while on mountains treks.
Our Safaris and Mountain guides receive regular internal and external training, Courses to promote lifelong learning and skills development, these courses include first aid trainings, languages, Guiding skills, specific Oxygen.
Training for our Mountain guides, we believe in nature as the words most precious, treasure because it is at the core of everything.
We believe in a regions economic and social development through tourism, because tourism done right has the power to transform communities.
